FIRST TIME WITH FONTS
That's so weird...I've never thought that i would have interest in designing thing with text Ever before. Well, such a nice day today, i turn on my laptop and started looking at font styles available in my Illustrator. Then finding out, fonts! they look so beautiful and well- designed. But, hardly ever the user pay attention to its special characteristics as well as some technical aspects...me neither as usual(^^).
So, i start the Illustrator and play around with fonts...finally, this piece is born^__^.
As can be seen the image organized with the main color system in black and white with the help of Optical levels along some squares in the background. Personally, im seeing it a bit messive but still having some sense of clean because the colors are united and the fonts themselves are nice and neat.
The squares are used in the background because i think it will fill a bit the emptyness in the design, if getting rid of them...uhm...well, the image will look a bit boring.
About the content, at the beginning i have no idea, then i'm sure putting some typography advices would be best and a bit fun with the quotation from Mr.Fonts.

I have painted in all line by line, color by color with brush tool in photoshop. It has soul, doesn't it?

GESTALT EXERCISE

That's great how they can use Illustrator to make these two images. I love the way they arrage the ojects, the vast empty space on the left and some soft lines surrounding the face makes me feel airy and light (some of the mood in my previous graphic design)

I also love the color mood used above, it looks so so so cool and they are my favorite color suit as well. Cold colors...

Sun symbol: developed from the real image capturing the sence of a house under a shiny sun (which is very simple and normal). Reducing details and following the style have made up a simple symbol.
Moon symbol: idea from japanese culture in which they believe there's rabbit living in the moon. The symbol is simplifier from an image of a rabbit face.
